I've been eatting now for a week and a half a daily snack helping of:
ALMONDS, WALNUTS, PECANS, RASINS, And a tiny bit of GRANOLA added in for a little sweetness. I do this knowing just how wonderfully healthy this is to add to ones daily intake. read on:
